El Khalafawy (الخلفاوي) sits on Line 2 in Shubra, one of the tightly spaced residential stations that keep this old, densely populated district well connected to the rest of Cairo. There’s not much to see right at the station, but it’s a reliable, no-nonsense stop for people living in the area.

تقع محطة الخلفاوي على الخط الثاني في شبرا، وهي واحدة من المحطات السكنية المتقاربة التي تربط هذا الحي القديم الكثيف السكان ببقية أنحاء القاهرة. لا يوجد الكثير لرؤيته مباشرة عند المحطة، لكنها محطة موثوقة وبسيطة لسكان المنطقة.
